Add MailPilotUS to your Home Screen
This adds a real app icon to your phone, so it opens instantly like any other app — no browser address bar, no typing in mailpilotus.com each time.
- Open SafariGo to mailpilotus.com and log in. This only works in Safari — other browsers on iPhone can't add Home Screen icons.
- Tap the Share iconIt's the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap "Add to Home Screen"You may need to scroll down the share menu to find it.
- Tap "Add"The MailPilotUS icon now appears on your Home Screen, right alongside your other apps.
Prefer the full app? A native MailPilotUS app is in testing now. If you've received a TestFlight invite by email, tap "View in TestFlight" there to install the beta.
Android
Add MailPilotUS to your Home Screen
Same idea as iPhone — a tappable icon that opens MailPilotUS directly.
- Open ChromeGo to mailpilotus.com and log in.
- Tap the ⋮ menuThree dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
- Tap "Add to Home screen"Then tap "Add" again to confirm.
- Find the iconMailPilotUS now sits on your Home Screen like any installed app.

Make MailPilotUS open automatically
Browsers and computers don't let websites launch themselves for privacy reasons — but you can set your own computer up so MailPilotUS is right there every time you sit down.
Open at browser startup
Pin as a desktop app
