1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MailPilotus, including the mailpilotus.com website, the MailPilotus mobile and web applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MailPilotUS ("MailPilotus," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MailPilotus allows users to forward emails to a personal MailPilotus address, which are then converted into trackable follow-up tasks within the Service. Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion, with or without notice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Pro+" plans), billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, "clone," or create a derivative product based on the Service's design, source code, branding, or content;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
- Use any automated system (bot, scraper, spider) to access the Service without our express written permission;
- Use the Service to forward, store, or transmit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content;
- Misrepresent your affiliation with MailPilotus or impersonate MailPilotus in any communication or product;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its name, logo, branding, user interface, source code, and all associated content, is the exclusive property of MailPilotUS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property, other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. "MailPilotus" and its logo are trademarks of MailPilotUS; unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content (such as forwarded emails) you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailPilotUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
