- Forwarded email content: the subject, sender, and body of emails you choose to forward to your personal MailPilotus address, which we process to create follow-up tasks.
- Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as device type, browser, and general usage patterns, used to maintain and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including converting forwarded emails into follow-up tasks;
- To process subscription payments and manage your account;
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;
- To monitor and improve the security, performance, and reliability of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information or forwarded email content to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service:

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure password storage — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
